Will or present continuous

Suppose that my schedule just came out and I`m gonna tell my friend my tomorrow`s plan . Which sounds better English?

1. I`ll finish at 8.30 tomorrow then I`m coming to your place.

2. I`m finishing at 8:30 tomorrow then ......

3. I'll be finishing .....
