Will or going to

0 Hello. I am having a problems, what tense should be used here:02br
02br
00Let us say, that it is very late and we are entering my house (me and my friend). He says:02br
02br
001. Shhh, be quiet, you are going to wake everybody up!02br
002. Shhh, be quiet, you will wake everybody up!02br
02br
00Which of above sentences is correct?02br
02br
00"The Good Grammar Book" of mine tells this about predictions:02br
02br
00Going to: we can see the future in the present; we see things coming or starting02br
02br
00Will: we think or believe things about future02br
02br
00-----------------------------------------02br
02br
00Which sentence should my friend use to comment the situation?02br
02br
00Another book told, that the difference is so small, that both of these may be used.02br
02br
00-----------------------------------------02br
02br
00What's the truth then? 0-

11b01font00Sounds like good qualifications. I still don't quite understand the quote, but that must be my fault.

0 I would be very grateful. 0-

0 In that particular sentence, for some reason I would only use #2--and I would contract it: "you'll wake everyone up." Not only that but I would pronounce "you'll" as "yole". This is the sort of sentence that one would say very quickly. 0-

0 The answer should be Simple Future because there is no intend just warning. He/she thinks so. 0-

0 I would use either one, but it would probably be somewhat context-dependent.02br
02br
00Especially if it were not my first request for the person to be quiet, or if the person's voice were somewhat louder than usual, I might say "you are going to wake everyone up" because I would see the future as much more imminent.02br
