'will notice' vs ' might notice'

I know 'might notice' sounds better and more natural in the following sentence, but I don't understand why.

When natural disasters occur, you can't ask your friends or neighbors to come and help you because you might notice they're also in trouble. That's why you should attend free public lectures this Friday evening how to deal with your expected problems yourself in a disastrous situation.

Logically, you can ask them anyway if you don't notice (though it doesn't mean they can come help you). So, I think 'you can't ask ~' flows better into 'because you'll notice ~' than 'because you might notice ~'. Could you tell me why 'you might notice ~' fits the sentence more? Thank you in advance.

'notice' is not a suitable verb here. It is used mostly when you accidentally see something unimportant. I suggest this.

Then, how about "because they might be in trouble?" If it sounds better than "because they'll be in trouble," could you tell me why? I think you can't say "you can't ask" if there is any little chance left, so I can't understand your answer either.

'because they'll also be in trouble' is the best choice.
