"will not" or "is not going to"

Hello everyone. I have a question.

Regarding the following two sentences:

(A) It will not be as hot this summer as last summer.
(B) It is not going to be as hot this summer as last summer.

Which is better when one wants to say one's anticipation at the end of spring that the heat of the coming summer is expected to be moderate. Besides, is their any better alternative in a case like this?
