will not have or will not let

she will not have our friend come to the party with us.
she will not let our friend come to the party with us.

what is the difference between will not have and will not let?i dont know when to use have and wen to use let in sentences like above.

In this instance, and only in this instance, there is very little difference between the two sentences.
To me, "will not have" seems slightly more formal than "will not let." Other than that, they are pretty much the same.

By the way, can you explain me what is the difference between them otherwise?Because you said there is a slight diference between them only in this case.

It's a matter of style. One seems more formal than the other. That's what I meant.
