Will not come back until

Hello...

"I will not come back until Tuesday." means "I will come back on Tuesday."?

And, "I will come back until Tuesday.", non-negative, is not much used?

The first offers two ways of looking at the same event.
I will not come back until Tuesday. (Don't bother looking for me before then.)
I will come back on Tuesday. (If you need me, I will be here on Tuesday.)

The second is not good grammar. It is not used at all.

"I will not come back until Tuesday." means "I will come back on Tuesday.", not "I will come back on Monday."?
