Im not a native speaker, but from what I have learned so far I think the first one is better than the other two . In fact you must not add ''s'' to develop when using modal verbs such as will and can. Correct me if Im wrong .

By joining your team and with the teams help, my skill set will develope into a sound base on which I can build my career on.

Will... used to talk about what is going to happen in the future, especially things you are certain about or things that are planned.

Would...used to refer to an intention from the point of view of the past.
They promised they would help.

Hi,

I will not omit the "will" before mean, because "wil" carries some uncertainty.

"Joining your team means that my skill set quickly develops into a sound base on which I can bulid my career."
We are not sure whether joining the team wil

The way I understand things is that you are thinking of joining a team, at this point you have not joined the team, but you think by joining the team it will enable you to develop your skills.(enable the develoment of my skill) The word that I have a problem with is means.

joining your team means that my skill set quickly develops into a sound base on which I can

Hi,

Sorry, brightbilly, not too understand.

Do you want to say:

"joining your team means that my skill set quickly develops into a sound base"
Is not good ???

"joining your team will mean that my skill set quickly develops into a sound base"
Is good ???

This has nothing to do with grammar, but it repeats advice you have read from Clive before.

Your future employer doesn't care how giving you this job helps you. Your future employer wants to know how giving you this job helps him (or her). Saying what the job will help you do is pointless. They won't care.

Thank you for your advice.

Sorry, my English is too weak.

I don't even understand whether the following structure is correct or not.

xx xx xx will xx xx xx wil xx xx xx

Eg, Stop giving money to my girlfriend will mean that she will kick me out.
