"Will" in polite requests

Hi

Would you say that both will and would work in polite requests (everyday conversation)?

Will/Would you wait here for a while?
Will/Would you leave the door ajar please?
Will/Would you drop me the money in an hour?

Thanks,

Tom

PS: I hope "leave the door ajar" is a natural expression?

It sounds fine to me; I don't know how familiar 'ajar' is to the younger generation, though.
