I hear both where I live. Could you please give your take?

We can go to him within five minutes. Do you think he will have done the work by now.

I'm not surprised that you hear both of those. To my ear, the future perfect is the "more correct", but "would" doesn't particularly bother me either.

I suppose I'm at a loss for what to say because I'd say Do you thin
