Will have been doing

Hello!

Could you help me, please, with Future perfect Continuous?

As I understand, we use this tense in two cases:

1`) we want to show how long an action will last by a certain moment in the future

E.g. By June we will have been living in this house for 20 years.

2) will = must

E.g. It will have been raining for a week. The soil is still wet.

So, my question is the following: can we use FPC to show how long an action will last in the future?

E.g. It will have been raining for a week. The coulds are so big and dark. We should hurry to collect the crops.

Thank you!

I assume this is supposed to mean that it will start raining soon and continue raining for a week. No, it doesn't work.
