Will either of these work?

A guy and a girl are on a date. The girl asks the guy about how many sexual partners he's had, but he refuses to answer the question. A week later, they're on a second date. And the girl asks him the same question again. So he responds:

Guy: "You still think that's important somehow?"

Guy: "You still think that's relevant somehow?"

Girl: "You don't have to answer, but I'm just curious."


Would either of these work perfectly here?
