Will be interesting vs would be interesting

I don't have any particular context or example but would really appreciate if somebody could explain the difference between the following:

It will be interesting to see...

It would be interesting to see...

how do we decide which one to use correctly?

Thanks

This is for something that you are confident will happen.

This one is more hypothetical.

[1] It will be interesting to see...

[2] It would be interesting to see...

[1] implies a relative degree of certainty to the proposition that you will see x , while the past tense in [2] introduces tentativeness to the proposition – your seeing x is less assured.

We're having a surprise party for George. Be there at 7 Tuesday evening. It will be interesting to see how he reacts when we all shout "Happy Birthday!"

I wish I could afford to travel to Brazil. I think it would be interesting to see the jungles of the Amazon.
