will be + ~~ed or can be ~~ed

Hi All

I have some question regarding "will be + ~ed / can be + ed'

for example,

1) Mail will deliver to John.
2) Mail will be delivered to John.

Which one is correct ? both cases are wrong ?

I don't know when I use 'be + ~ed'
