Will and Have in a sentence?

I Need a brief explanation on this sentence: I will have arrived at his house by next week.
My question is what is the position of "Will" and "Have" at the above sentence? Are they all modals or auxiliary verbs?
If so, then two modals in a sentence is fine?!

Cheers!

Are they all modals or auxiliary verbs?

I learned in my elementary school days in WA state, USA, that they are "helping" verbs (or auxillary)....helping the verb "arrived."

They both "help" forming the tense...

"Have" makes it "perfect", "will" makes it "future"
