My cousin said:

Batman would use Ironman as an Iron to straighten out his bat suits. Or

Batman will use Ironman as an Iron to straighten out his bat suits.

Why should it be would instead of will? Because it's hypothetical?

The usual way of putting something like that is more like "Batman uses Iron Man as an iron to get the wrinkles out of his cape." Present indicative denoting habitual action.
