"Wifi free" vs "Free wifi" ?

I have a question on the adjectie. Sometimes, I see the words "Free wifi" and "Wifi free". Which one is correct ? I believe the former is not. Right ?
Thanks

I think you are talking about short phrases you would see, for example, on a sign.
Signs don't have to follow all the rules of grammar.

Anyway, there is nothing ungrammatical about a sentence like 'Tom gets free wifi'
