"Wide readership"
"X's latest novel enjoyed wide readership among teenagers."
I see "enjoy wide readership" as a particularly nice expression to say that a book garnered many readers. Do you think there is an equivalent phrase to say that an event has seen high attendance? For example, "Professor Jones's class on the origins of language has ________ this year."
