1-Send email ( message ) to someone ?

2-Send email ( message ) for someone?

( I want to know wich preposition can I use for above sentence)

1. To send an email for youself use to.

I sent an email to Peter.

2.To send an email for someone else use for.

I sent an email for Claire. She asked me to notify Peter about the meeting. (=Claire didn't get the email Peter did)

You should go for the first option( Send email to someone.). In this case, the recipient of the email is"someone", you like to mean.

As for the second, the email is meant for"someone", but the "someone" may not be the recipient of the email.

If you are sending an e-mail that Peter will read, send it to Peter.
If you are sending an e-mail that Alice will read, send it to Alice.

If someone ELSE needs to send and e-mail but doesn't have time, and asked you to do it, you send it on their behalf. In that case you send it FOR them.
