Wi-Fi

For an expression of Wi-Fi in a hotel, which will be used in a brochure.
could you please tell me if the following sounds natural?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and the dining area.
Routers for guest rooms are available for free at the front desk, subject to availability.

The first sentence is fine.

"for free" is a casual expression of (in my view) dubious correctness, which does not seem suitable here. I also find "available ... subject to availability" a bit awkward or even illogical. I would try to find another way to say it, perhaps something like this:

Routers for guest rooms can be obtained free of charge at the front desk, subject to ava
