Why would is used in these sentences

1. I was watching an online class on YouTube and the teacher said "she would be here" about the other teacher who was standing in front of him. Why didn't he say "she will be here"?

2. In the same video the teacher was telling about class timing and about the teachers. So he said.

"Maths would be teach by Ravi sir".

"Next session would be at 4 pm."
