Why we say "He is left" instead of "He has left" ?

Please answer the following questions

1.Is it fine to use verb as adjective as in the following sentense.
2.When particularly we use such sentense.
3.Is there any specific rules for this .

Example:
He is left.
He is gone.

Instead ,why can not we use "He has gone ." instead of "he is gone" .

He is left is incorrect. He has left is correct.

Both he is gone and he has gone are correct.

The verb go has a history of irregularity that just needs to be accepted without rule
