Why this is wrong

I was told that the following sentence A is not better than B. Could someone help me understand this?

A. My sister, Lucy, still hasn’t decided the country where she wants to travel after she graduates from university.

B. My sister, Lucy, still hasn’t decided what country she wants to visit after she graduates from university.
