Why these sentence using simple past verb tinstead of past participle verb
Hi everybody.. Could you help enlighten me why these sentences using past simple verb instead of past participle verb?
As far as I know the present perfect tense using past participle like these sentences. "Have you eaten all that food already?" "Have you done all your homework?"
But why these sentences using past simple verb. "Have you got permission to stay here?" "Have you got any money?" "Have you got nothing better to do than sit there playing that silly game?"
Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
