Why sometimes two adjectives can go together without "and"?
Why sometimes two adjectives can go together without "and"?
For example, he is a smart and young guy.
he is a smart young guy.
I think both are correct. However, I cannot understand why.
Any more details about this usage? Is there any criteria on the adjectives used?
