why second form of verb?

Here is a question,
Have you ever got some responsibility?
I have learnt that have, has and had always carry second form of verb but in the above question second form of the verb get is used. Is it correct? If yes, what are the rule that is being followed here?

Have, has and had are always followed by the third form of verb,

Thank for your kind reply. You really gave me valuable information. Actually I thought gotten was the third form of the verb get. But it is indeed only in Amarican English otherwise the sentence is correct.
