why not tellably

Thanks in advance,

is the word 'tellably' used frequently or rarely?

if not, what is the general expression of 'tellably', or "worth mentioning", i mean how to put it into essay especially in formal style, for example:

Tellably, she is a postgraduate. or
Worth mentioning, she is ..

It is worth mentioning that she is . . .
