Why not Future Simple

In my book I came across a sentence:
"We will do our best to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly."
Why is Future Simple not possible:
"We'll do our best to ensure that your holiday will run smoothly."
?
Thanks

The use of contractions does not change the name of the tense.

I'm glad to help. ~ I am glad to help. Both are Present Tense.
She'll see you soon. ~ She will see you soon. Both are Future Simple Tense.
He has already done that. ~ He's already done that. Both are Present Perfect Tense.

OK. I see that we are dealing with the problem of the "unfortunate coincidence".

You have two uses of the future in your sentence, and you are only concerned with the second one, though you also wrote a variant of the first one, which distracted us from your real question.

Yes. Tricky. I hadn't seen it either, as you can see from my first response. It was only later that I realized what the question was.
