Why no need for definite article before noun in plural (Mnet and Cyworld charts)?

Hi. Please help. I think I have seen many sentences without the definite article "the" in front of a noun in plural like "Mnet and Cyworld charts" (Please see no. 2). I think they are correct. If they are correct, why is that?

1. The digital single topped the Mnet chart. (Here the definite article is definitely needed, I think.)
2. The digital single topped Mnet and Cyworld charts. (Why is there no need for the definite article "the" before the phrase "Mnet and Cyworld charts?)

Hi. Thank you. Please tell me if we could put the definite article in front of the phrase "Mnet and Cyworld charts" in the no. 2 sentence.

2. The digital single topped (the?) Mnet and Cyworld charts.
