Why is this comma put?

Given the sentence:

"Come on, cheer up, it's nearly Christmas," said Hagrid. "Tell yeh what, come with me an' see the Great Hall, looks a treat."

It seems to me that the subject of verb ‘looks’ is this, ‘come with me an' see the Great Hall.’ Then why are the subject and verb divided with a comma?
