There are 2 things that everyone wants to achieve in their lives, which is wealth and career, yet they are impossible without having good health. Health is vital for children, adolescents, adults ( blue-collar and white-collar workers) and elderly people. For children, they are capable of focusing on lessons and developing efficaciously. For adults, they can finish their work, meet the deadline without staying up late, have more time for their families and avoid living a sedentary life. For elderly people, having good health when growing old will help them to enjoy the rest of their life. In the case that they suffer many diseases, this will make their offsprings feel nervous, trying to fulfill their duties to their parents. For these reasons, I strongly conclude that health is so crucial and necessary. It's never easy to have good health, so I have some advice for it. Firstly, avoid staying up late to have enough energy for the next day. Secondly, try to eat nutritiously and try not to eat fast food, this can prevent you from getting poisonous by dirty and uncooked food. Finally, work out more, although your schedule is always busy, try spending at least three days a week working out and you'll see the differences. In short, having good health is so important that everyone needs it to achieve their goals, you should be more aware of how important it is and try not to take it for granted.
