Why good in math is wrong?

I knew that the sentence "she is good in Math" was right but suddenly found that I was wrong.

What about English? Can I say "she is good in English? "

As for "She is good in English"--the question is what do you want to say.

Do you want to say that her linguistic command of English is good?
Then: Her English is good.

Do you want to say that she does well in English class?
Then: She is a good student of English.

In an MCQ question the answer was at not in.

According to my dictionary, "at" is the correct preposition.
