Why else should you have come?

“How well I know that, child,” Cersei said, her voice so kind and sweet. “Why else should you have come to me and told me of your father’s plan to send you away from us, if not for love?”

Hi, dear teachers. Is the "should you have come" used in the same way as in "Why should I be angry with you?"?

I mean the "should have" here expresses something is surprising or contrary to expectation?

Thank you.
