Why don't understand this?

Dear All,When I say to native speaker like this,"As he said, " ML estimation typically the log of the product is considered", is this any relationship between what I want to got a estimated standard deviation value and ML estimation ? Also I want to know what does ML estimation goal ? is this something help to estimation std deviation? or some thing else?"Why he does not understand it? am I using the incorrect sentence or using incorrect grammar structure?

It is a combination of many different things -- grammar errors, errors in sentence structure, misuse of words, and the failure to create the proper semantic connections between phrases and sentences. It's possible to "read through" some of the mistakes, and figure out what you meant to say, but others are more difficult.

It's not clear who is saying what to whom.

The standard deviation of the values of a sample from a population is a statistic associated with the sample. ML estimation (maximum likelihood estimation) is the procedure for deducing from the sample, the probability distribution closest to the the distribution for the population. Because the samples are assumed to have been made independently, you end up with an equation that's a product with the number of factors equal to the sample size. The calculus involved is difficult to do with products, so there's an equivalent method (that's way beyond the scope of this forum) involving logarithms that substitutes sums, which are easier to deal with.

It seems that you're confused about the basic math, although it's hard to tell. Curing that problem might allow you to pose clearer questions.

Here are one or two specific points:

This doesn't make proper sense because there is no link between the phrases "ML estimation" and "typically the log of the product is considered". I would guess you mean something like "When carrying out ML estimation, typically the log of the product is considered".

... is considered", is this any relationship between ...
The purpose of the comma, and the way it is supposed to connect the two parts, is unclear, and it is unclear what "this" refers to. Possibly you mean "Is there any relationship between", starting a new sentence at "Is ...".

"to got" should be "to get", but this correction still does not create a coherent sentence. You seem to be trying to use the pattern "between X and Y", but in that case X and Y need to be noun phrases, and "what I want to get an estimated standard deviation value" is not a noun phrase (except in an an unlikely interpretation which we can safely ignore here).

Ungrammatical. (I'm not sure if you are trying to use "goal" as a verb. If so, it isn't a verb.) Probably you mean "I want to know what the goal of ML estimation is".
