Why "doesn't have" and not "doesn't has"?

I don't want to depend on my parents because only my dad is working and my mum doesn't have much money.

You can take an account of these two sentences 'It doesn't help you much' and 'it helps you much'. Both sentences share the same subject and verb but why is the verb 'help' is in different form about putting 's'. In formal, all verb after the auxiliary verb must be in the root form 'have' rather than 'has'. In informal, the word 'does' has stolen 's' from its main verb 'help' in this case ^^

"One monkey doesn't has banana" or "two monkeys don't have banana"

What is correct?
