Why (do) you care what happens to her?

Please listen to the movie trailer at 1:37: https://youtu.be/jCyEX6u-Yhs?t=97

The subtitles say it's Why do you care what happens to her? but I don't hear do.

So this is what I hear: Why you care what happens to her?

Did she pronounce do there or not?
