Why do people say "How do/does look like"?

Hi,

I'm noticing more and more online, people using phrases like; "How do you look like when...", and similar.

I find it really annoying, it's clearly wrong in several places, it should be "what do you look like" or "how do you look".

I seen quite an intelligent video today where it had a caption: "How would the Earth look like if it had a ring system like Saturn".

Is there a caveat in the English language I'm not aware of which makes this ok, or is it catching on for some other reason?

Thanks.
