I have a question. A friend told me she was looking for a 'intern creative' and I said to her that isn't how you said it but 'Creative intern', she says it is correct because 'Creative' is the name of the job and it's not an adjective but I don't know how to explain it's still that way as in Art Director Intern
I'm a spanish speaker
correct me if im wrong
I've never encountered the word 'creative' used as the name of a job, ie as a noun. In my experience, interns are not 'hired' to understudy specific jobs. In other words, you would not be an intern for the Art Director.

So, neither of the two
