Why aren't these sentences correct?

?Hello everyone! I have a very easy question. Why aren't these sentences correct? They should be both correct for me.

-I haven't received an answer (on my mobile phone) for more than a week.

-This offence is called XxXxXx and occurs when you comment on a thread that hasn't received an answer for more than a week.

I'm usingPresent Perfect with the duration form: "for more than a week" and so they should be correct, but I can't understand they are not.

Top answer

I haven't received a call (on my mobile phone) for more than a week. I don't see anything wrong with your other sentence.
