Why are those sentences wrong?

I wrote a composition for English class and my teacher pointed out some mistakes I don't really understand.

- Understanding virtually everything = My teacher told me it would be "understanding everything virtually" instead, why?

- It is one of the more complex languages = she said it would be "it is one of the most complex languages", I thought both were correct.

Could someone help me out? Thank you
