Why an article before this name?

Hi. I think you wouldn't put any article if the name of a business were made up with the name of a owner (or any part of his name is included), Why do you think the definite article 'the' is here? Would capitalization of names like 'restaurant' and 'cafe' make a difference?

You are welcome to visit the one and only Doe's XXX Restaurant/Cafe anytime. It is opened twenty-four hours a day.
