Why....

Below are two article titles. My questions is why does the second title have a colon and the first doesn't? Seems like it has a subject and verb/predticte also.

-Wade still out, Bosh game-time call with illness.

-LeBron James returns for Miami Heat; Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade sidelined
