Grammar

(Who/What/ Which people ??) do you work for?

A: (......) do you work for?
B: I work for my old mother.

If someone asks you "who do you work for", I think you'd usually answer your company etc.
When you want to get an answer like "for my old mother", how do you ask this?

Hi,

"Who do you work for?" is just fine.

*Note that in academic writing we'd write "Whom do you work for?".

Hi,

It's not a completely natural question or answer, but maybe
A: 'Who do you do household chores for?'
B: For my old mother..

"Elderly" is preferable to "old" in this sentence. It shows respect.
You could say "My mother is old, so I do household chores for her".
