Who/That

Hi,
Which of these is correct?
I'm the type of person who likes chocolate

or

I'm the type of person that likes chocolate.

I think it would be that because it's referring back to "type of", not "person", but I'm still unsure!

Thanks

My try: "who" or "that" modifies the type of person here. I would use both of them here but I perefer "who" most.

Both 'who' and 'that' are good. Like Doll, I prefer "who" when referring to a person.
