whose job that/what is to manage???

Please look at the following question.

"The person whose job ___ is to manage the promotion of new products is Jeremy Mason, the marketing manager"

(A) that (B) what (C) it (D) anything

I'm sorry that I couldn't find the correct answer. I think it should (A) that or (B) what.
Could you tell me the correct answer and its reason?

Thank you for your answer in advance.

Does it have to be one of the four? I'd say it doesn't need any.
