Leave out the commas.

Oh, of course, they are restrictive phrases. Thanks. I just place in the commas with adjective phrases most the time, not knowing/worring about whether the phrase is defining or not.

I wasn't sure if "even" in the original sentence meant "I won't talk to certain people, even those whose *** is unclear" or perhaps "I won't talk to these people about whom so much is unclear, even their ***."

I found out how to say what I had wanted to say

"I refuse to talk to those who are not even sure of their sexes."
