when we use 'whose' as a question word, can i say
- whose book is this?
- whose is this book?
- Whose book it is?
is there any differences among those sentences?

Yes, you can say whose book is this? and whose is this book?; they are the equivalent in meaning (who does this book belong to?). But you can't say *whose book it is?
