I was doing a matching exercise in my English textbook.

Question - Who's ready for topper?

Answer- Would anyone like refill on their coffee?

Does topper mean refill?

I couldn't find any dictionaries saying that.

I am an American. I have never seen that in print before, and I have never heard it. It does not appear in the OED or any other dictionary I could find.

I am an American. I have never seen that in print before, and I have never heard it. It does not appear in the OED or any other dictionary I could find. It might be regional somewhere, I guess.

You can "top up" a cup of coffee by adding some to a partially drunk one, so "Who's ready for a top-up?" is possible.
