'whom' with 'to'

Albeit formal, do we need the preposition 'to' in the following sentence – yes or no? I say #1 below is the correct choice, without 'to'.

1) Hi, John. Amy is the teammate with whom you just spoke.

2) Hi, John. Amy is the teammate with whom you just spoke to.
