Whom with?

Hi,

Is the following sentence correct? Is the word "with" is used correctly here?

"I am just a name, for those whom I leave my remembrances with."

Thanks, AL

The sentence is theoretically grammatical. It would probably be more grammatical as: I am just a name, for those with whom I leave my remembrances. However, how would you use this sentence?
