Whom vs Who

My understanding about whom and who is,

Who is usually used with a dangling preposition.

Example: Who were you talking to?

By using whom, it would be;

Whom were you talking?

Can whom also take preposition? If so, which of the following sentences is correct?

1. Who are you going to demonstrate the product to?
2. To whom are you going to demonstrate the product?
3. Whom are you going to demonstrate the product? [Does preposition require?].
4. Whom are you going to demonstrate the product to? [Doe whom take dangling preposition?].

Thanks,
Harry
